Job Overview:

The Senior Process Engineer is a multifaceted role that drives the success of our organization by leveraging advanced data analytics to optimize system performance and efficiency.

This key position leads and mentors a team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Key responsibilities include developing and improving methods to gain relevant performance data, analysing system and process performance using advanced data analytics, and communicating performance status internally and with the customer.

Key Performance Areas:

  1. Performance Improvement: Develop, maintain, and improve methods to gain and use relevant performance data.
  2. System Analysis: Analyse system, process, and maintenance activity performance using advanced data analytics.
  3. Performance Evaluation: Evaluate and improve system, process, and maintenance activity performance based on data-driven insights.
  4. Communication: Communicate performance status and improvement actions internally and with the customer, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  5. Project Management: Initiate, assist to sell, and implement revisions, modifications, and retrofits (RMR); identify potential projects, translate them into engineering solutions, and oversee their execution from conception to completion.
  6. Insight Generation: Use analyses to come up with usable insights and proposals for improvements. Make attractive reports and give presentations to various stakeholders.
  7. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  8. Customer Focus: Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and translate them into engineering solutions.
  9. Capability Development: Develop the engineering capability of the team through training, mentoring, and coaching.
  10. Customer Representation: Participate in customer meetings and presentations as needed, representing the technical expertise of the team.
