Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Red Hat Satellite server for system provisioning, patch management, and configuration management.
  • Integrate Satellite with Ansible Tower to automate deployment and configuration tasks.
  • Configure and manage Ansible Tower and integration with other applications.
  • Manage Gitlab enterprise edition configurations.
  • Configure, maintain BIND DNS servers and manage DNSSEC for enhanced security.
  • Provide project technical support including installation, configuration, maintenance, security, and compliance of Enterprise Systems, Linux-based Infrastructure (Redhat and Ubuntu).
  • Implement and manage HashiCorp Vault for secrets management and encryption.
  • Respond to operational incidents and implement security measures.
  • Build and Deploy Linux Servers for both on-premises and Virtual and Cloud environments (AWS and Azure).
  • Implement OS Patch administration.
  • Develop Ansible playbooks and roles to automate system administration tasks.
  • Investigate and resolve complex system issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Linux OS administration (Redhat and Ubuntu).
  • Proven experience with Red Hat Satellite, Ansible Tower, GitLab, and HashiCorp Vault.
  • Expertise in DNS technologies (BIND, DNSSEC & dynamic DNS).
  • Australian Citizens only. Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA) NV1 / baseline clearance is ideally preferred but not mandatory. You should be eligible and willing to get one if needed.
