About the Role

This role involves partnering with site leaders, operational teams, and Health & Safety Representatives to coach and empower others to embed safety in every process and decision.

  • Coaching site leaders and teams to adopt and sustain strong safety behaviors.
  • Championing the implementation of organizational safety frameworks across operations.
  • Leading safety risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Supporting the development and delivery of safety and compliance training programs.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to embed best-practice safety systems.
  • Monitoring incident trends and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Partnering with HSRs and site safety committees to drive engagement and accountability.
  • Providing specialist advice on regulatory compliance and industry standards.
What You Bring
  • Proven experience in a safety-focused role within supply chain, logistics, warehousing or industrial operations.
  • Relevant qualifications in Workplace Health & Safety (Cert IV or higher preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of WHS legislation and risk management principles.
  • A coaching mindset and ability to influence and support leaders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and training facilitation skills.
  • Strong time management, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous improvement.
