- Lead regional HSW strategy and mentor safety professionals.
- Mentor Partners and Advisors to strengthen their capability.
- Manage audits, regulator liaison, and complex investigations.
About the Role:
We are seeking a strategic leader with expertise in health, safety, and wellbeing to oversee regional safety programs, manage risk registers, and provide guidance on compliance and risk management.
- Develop and implement HSW programs and initiatives that enhance workplace safety.
- Manage risk registers, incident reporting, and regulator liaison to ensure legal compliance.
- Mentor and coach HSW Partners and Advisors to drive improvement.
- Deliver training and capability-building across sites to boost employee confidence.
Requirements:
- Degree in OHS or equivalent qualification in occupational health and safety.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior WHS roles with a strong focus on health, safety, and wellbeing.
- Strong knowledge of WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management principles.
- Proven experience leading investigations and driving continuous improvement in health and safety practices.
