Temp Marketing Listings Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-focused professional to join our sales and marketing team on a temporary basis. This is a maximum 8–12 week opportunity with flexible full-time or part-time hours available.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating property listings across multiple platforms, acting upon listing updates within 24–48 hours of request, editing and uploading marketing images and materials using Canva and BoxBrownie, organising and maintaining listing records in a centralised Share Folder, setting up paid project profile pages and updating campaign content on online property listing platforms, as well as providing general sales administration support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms.
- Action listing updates within 24–48 hours of request.
- Edit and upload marketing images and materials using Canva and BoxBrownie.
- Organise and maintain listing records in a centralised Share Folder.
- Set up paid project profile pages and update campaign content on online property listing platforms.
- Provide general sales administration support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, BoxBrownie, or similar tools highly regarded.
- Familiarity with online property listing platforms advantageous.
