Temporary Sales & Marketing Listings Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-focused professional to assist our Sales & Marketing team on a temporary basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Ensure all listing updates are actioned within 24–48 hours of request.
  • Edit and upload marketing images and materials using Canva and BoxBrownie.
  • Organise and maintain listing records in a centralised Share Folder for easy access.
  • Set up paid project profile pages and update campaign content on various platforms.
  • Provide general sales administration support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, BoxBrownie, or similar tools is highly regarded.
  • Familiarity with online property listing platforms is an advantage.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
