Property Listings Coordinator

This role provides an excellent opportunity to join our dynamic Sales and Marketing team.

As a Property Listings Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring they are accurate, timely, and visually appealing. Your work will directly support our Sales Professionals by providing behind-the-scenes administrative and coordination support to keep sales moving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update property listings on various platforms.
  • Ensure all listing updates are actioned within 24–48 hours of request.
  • Edit and upload marketing images and materials using design tools.
  • Organise and maintain listing records in a centralised Share Folder for easy access.
  • Set up paid project profile pages and update campaign content on online platforms.
  • Provide general sales administration support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and design tools.
  • Familiarity with online property listing platforms is advantageous.
  • A collaborative, customer-focused mindset.
