About the Role:

This temporary position involves maintaining and updating property listings across multiple platforms to ensure timely and visually appealing content. The role will support Sales Professionals by providing administrative and coordination assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date property listings on various websites.
  • Edit and upload marketing images and materials using Canva and BoxBrownie.
  • Organize and maintain listing records in a centralized folder.
  • Set up paid project profile pages and update campaign content on different platforms.
Requirements:
  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with online property listing platforms.
