Temporary Sales and Marketing Listings Coordinator

Levande is one of Australia's leading retirement living providers seeking a detail-focused professional to manage property listings, support sales professionals, and maintain listing records.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and update property listings across multiple platforms ensuring accuracy timeliness and visual appeal.
- Support sales professionals with administrative tasks enabling them to focus on sales activities.
- Edit and upload marketing images and materials using Canva and BoxBrownie.
- Organise and maintain listing records in a centralised Share Folder for easy access.
- Set up paid project profile pages and update campaign content on REA Domain Villages Downsizing and Contentful.
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office experience with Canva BoxBrownie or similar tools is highly regarded.
- Familiarity with online property listing platforms is an advantage.
- Collaborative customer-focused mindset.
