About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and driven Store Manager to join our team at Bras N Things Waurn Ponds Store.

This is a full-time position at 38 hours/week.

  • Lead by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help them to deliver on team budgets and KPIs
  • Develop succession plans for your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes
  • Execute Visual Merchandising in-store and utilize your discretion to make commercial decisions
  • Understand and prioritize Stock Management processes
  • Provide on-the-spot feedback and coaching to your team
