Job Overview

The Senior Formulation/Process Scientist will provide technical expertise to support the development and implementation of new products and processes within a Technical Services Team.

This includes oversight of technical and formulation knowledge for product transfers, new product launches, validations, and process improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance on formulation and process improvements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including troubleshooting initiatives and formulation and process improvement activities.
  • Participate in the introduction of new products or product health projects.
  • Review annual product reviews and assist in defining corrective actions.
  • Review site recommendations regarding Critical Process Parameters, Critical Material Attributes, and Process Control Strategies.
About You
  • Pharmaceutical experience with emphasis on drug development, process development and manufacturing.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 5 years of experience.
  • Advanced mathematical skills preferred.
