Senior Process Improvement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Process Improvement Specialist to join a dynamic transformation team.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and IT teams to capture current-state processes and identify future-state improvements
- Map and document business processes using industry-standard methodologies
- Analyse process performance and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and standardisation
- Support transformation initiatives by ensuring process alignment with program goals and system changes
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments to validate requirements and ensure accurate documentation
This is an initial short-term engagement that offers a unique opportunity to drive operational improvements in a fast-paced environment.
You will play a key role in mapping, analysing, and improving current and future state processes to enable successful program delivery.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience as a Process Analyst with a strong process improvement focus
- Proficiency in BPMN and advanced skills using Microsoft Visio
- Experience working on IT transformation, digital change, or enterprise-level projects
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
Telcommunications industry experience is highly desirable but not essential.
