About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Business Improvement Specialist to join our ERP Replacement Program team. As a key member of this team, you will play a crucial role in identifying areas for improvement in business systems, processes, workflows, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate business systems and processes to identify opportunities for enhancement.
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions and drive process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions that meet business needs.
  • Design and implement testing protocols to ensure solutions are effective and reliable.
  • Manage project scoping and design documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:
