Business Operations Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Operations Analyst to join our team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth of our business by improving last mile performance and analyzing delivery experience metrics.

Your primary responsibility will be to partner with program managers to drive improvements with quantified metrics. You will also be responsible for managing high-level customer escalations and feedback, conducting deep-dive data analysis, and communicating updates to senior management.

To succeed in this role, you must have a strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office products and have experience working with computers. Additionally, you should have knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Excel Macro creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process improvement initiatives using data-driven insights
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Communicate complex information to non-technical stakeholders
  • Develop and implement data visualizations to support business decisions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and formula creation in Microsoft Excel
  • Knowledge of SQL, VBA, and Excel Macro creation
  • Experience using data to drive root cause elimination and process improvement
