As a valued member of our team, you will be the primary point of contact for customers.
About the RoleWe are seeking a professional who can provide support to the manager and assist with daily operations. This includes effectively keeping customers updated on delivery lead times, undertaking repair inspections on vehicles, exploring customer needs and educating them on our services, issuing invoices and raising job authorities as required, sourcing suitable resolutions to customer concerns and following up customer queries.
About YouTo succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and presentation skills, be able to resolve issues and create solutions for customers, support the Branch manager with administrative tasks, work well in a fast-paced environment, have excellent time management and prioritisation skills, and possess intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
