Senior Sales Director for Premium Spirits

Suntory Oceania, a new $3 billion multi-beverage powerhouse, is seeking an exceptional Senior Sales Director for Premium Spirits to lead the delivery of joint business plans and drive profitable growth for key Independent customers.
This role offers a unique opportunity to establish process and ways of working before our official launch in 2025. As a critical member of the team, you will work closely with the Head of Channel to develop and implement strategic sales plans that optimize results.
The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve outstanding results in market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and deliver Joint Business Plan in collaboration with customer
- Full P&L responsibility for assigned customer, including nett sales, gross profit, and market share
- Responsible for delivery of base and over and above promotional programs to assist in achievement of sales objectives
- Negotiate and foster trading relationships with terms that optimise results
- Channel planning – Off/On Premise support and contribute to long-and-short term business plans
