Vendito is seeking an experienced Field Sales Manager to spearhead our mission to dominate the market and elevate profitability across our designated region. You'll take charge of a team of Area Managers and Merchandisers, driving sales initiatives and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders including kitchen companies, cabinet makers, builders, architects, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership: Collaborate with our State Manager to craft and execute a visionary retail strategy aimed at accelerating growth and expanding our market footprint. Motivate and guide your team to exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Sales Development: Innovate and optimize sales cycles to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, conducting insightful training sessions to enhance client understanding and loyalty.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize advanced CRM tools to monitor sales progress and market trends, providing strategic insights to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Budget Management: Develop robust budget plans aligned with strategic goals, ensuring efficient resource allocation and sustainable revenue growth.
  • Compensation Package:

Package Details:

  • Salary: $150,000 per annum, competitive and negotiable based on experience.
  • Superannuation: Additional contribution.
  • Bonus: Performance-based bonus.
  • Car Allowance: Includes fuel card and e-tag for business use.

This is a full-time role based in Moorebank, NSW, offering hybrid work flexibility. Expect regular travel within the state and occasional interstate trips, collaborating closely with a passionate team committed to achieving excellence.
