We are seeking a seasoned Buyer's Agent to join our team.

As a key member of our acquisition team, you will be responsible for leading the full acquisition process from sourcing to delivering deals that align with client goals.

This is a strategic leadership role that requires strong analytical and negotiating skills, as well as the ability to mentor and support junior team members.

The successful candidate will have significant deal experience, ideally hundreds under their belt, and a strong understanding of client mindsets, risks, and opportunities.

They will also be a steady, strategic thinker who can calm pressure situations and make decisive decisions when necessary.

A collaborative leader with a commercially-minded approach, the ideal candidate will anticipate market trends rather than just reacting to them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full acquisition process, including sourcing, analysing, negotiating, and delivering deals
  • Ensure quality and strategy alignment in every deal, meeting high benchmarks across financials and long-term objectives
  • Mentor and support junior team members, sharing frameworks, insights, and feedback
  • Tackle complex challenges, from vendor negotiations to due diligence hurdles
  • Improve systems and processes, helping to evolve how the team thinks and works

  • Seasoned buyer's agent with significant deal experience
  • Active investor with a deep understanding of client mindsets, risks, and opportunities

Success Metrics:

  • Team averages 3+ successful purchases per BA per month
  • Average CMA delivery time under 45 minutes
  • CRM accuracy and up-to-date deal pipeline
  • 60%+ of clients leave 5-star reviews
