Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to fill open positions
  • Evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to select the best candidates for open positions
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition
Requirements:
  • Formal qualifications in Business, Logistics, or Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist within supply chain logistics (mandatory)
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
