The Talent Management Lead will oversee and lead our organization's Talent Management strategy and initiatives, contributing to our new People & Culture operating model.
Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role will be responsible for leading the talent management strategy and activities, supported by the Talent & Careers Partner.
Key responsibilities include workforce planning and forecasting, employee value propositions, employer branding, and data management and reporting.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in internal Talent Management, recent demonstrated experience in hands-on talent acquisition, and strong people leadership skills.
A collaborative, positive, and solution-focused mindset is essential for success in this role.
