Job Title: Corporate Legal Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Corporate Legal Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Company Secretarial Office, ensuring the smooth operation of corporate governance and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Company Secretarial Office Manager, including maintaining accurate records, preparing documents, and communicating with clients;
  • Assist in the preparation and lodgement of Australian Securities and Investments Commission filings, as well as other statutory registers;
  • Update corporate registers and prepare minutes and resolutions for Corporations Law companies;
  • Advises on company secretarial matters, entity compliance, and legal governance obligations;
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects;
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a corporate law firm or accounting firm, preferably in a similar role;
  • Strong administrative skills, including organisational, time management, and communication skills;
  • Ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook;
  • Strong client-focussed attitude, with excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills;
  • Technologically savvy, with experience in using digital tools and software;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
