Senior IT Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior IT Leader to join our team. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through strategic technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading enterprise-wide Business IT functions within complex operational environments.

You will be responsible for developing and executing IT investment roadmaps that align with organisational priorities, as well as guiding and developing technical experts to deliver high-quality services, drive innovation and lead meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of IT strategies that support business growth and transformation
  • Guide and develop a large team of technical professionals to deliver high-quality services and drive innovation
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including OT functions and external vendors
  • Oversee emergency response readiness for technology and security-related events
  • Champion governance, compliance, and assurance across all operational activities
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Significant experience in leading enterprise-wide Business IT functions within complex operational environments
  • Proven ability to translate vision into action and develop strategic plans to achieve business objectives
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams
