Job Description

This strategic leader will play a key role in leading transformation initiatives for local government clients by:

  • Designing and delivering strategy projects – improving operational efficiency and responding to evolving public needs.
  • Leading cross-functional teams – managing delivery across strategy, operations, and change, while mentoring junior consultants.
  • Building trusted client relationships – acting as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Requirements

  • A background in strategy consulting, public policy, or operational improvement.
  • Previous project leadership experience in delivering transformation in public sector environments.
  • Strong knowledge of government frameworks, policy development processes, and governance structures.
