Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that customers receive top-notch service throughout their onboarding journey.

  • Deliver a smooth, consultative, and efficient onboarding experience for new and existing customers
  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success teams
  • Provide first-class service to new customers using a multi-faceted consultation, configuration, and training approach
  • Manage multiple implementations at once while keeping deadlines
