- Catching up staff including coaching and training on key skills to effectively perform in their roles.
- Working on key industrial relations strategy and compliance initiatives, and other key projects.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 8+ years' experience in industrial relations within complex organisations.
- Significant experience planning and leading enterprise bargaining.
- A strong knowledge of employment law frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
