Key Commercial Role for a Skilled Administrator

The company is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join their delivery team on various commercial projects.

This role involves administering head and subcontractor contracts, managing procurement, variations, claims, and payment cycles. Additionally, the successful candidate will track budgets and forecasts, support monthly financial reporting, collaborate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers, and ensure adherence to legal, compliance, and company standards.

Requirements
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
  • 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration for D&C fit-out or commercial projects
  • High attention to detail with a strong grasp of contract law, cost control, and procurement
  • Confident communicator and negotiator with stakeholders across all levels
  • Proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of commercial outcomes
