Ticketing and Events Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled sales professional to drive event sales across our iconic venues.

This key role will be responsible for managing ticketing services and coordinating event sales across three historic venues. You'll work closely with our economy and experience division to achieve high venue utilisation, exceptional customer experience, and operational functionality.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating day-to-day ticketing operations
  • Driving event sales across business, private, and community segments
  • Administering financial transactions, including invoices and cash handling
  • Managing competing tasks and prioritising workload in a high-pressure environment

To succeed, you'll need:

  • Relevant experience in arts/entertainment venues or festivals ticketing services and/or event sales
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and venue-based enterprise systems, including ticketing platforms and point of sale
