Migration Case Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to fill the key role of Migration Assistant.
This role would be ideal for someone with paralegal experience or a strong interest in pursuing a career or studies in migration law.
As a Migration Assistant, you'll provide vital support to our Senior Registered Migration Agent, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of client cases.
You'll assist with case preparation and management, including drafting correspondence and preparing application forms, as well as prepare and collate documents for visa applications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the Senior Migration Agent with case preparation and management, including drafting correspondence and preparing application forms.
- Preparing and collating documents for visa applications, ensuring all required information is accurate and complete.
- Liaising directly with clients, providing updates on their application status and answering queries with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintaining accurate client records and databases, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Managing critical deadlines and ensuring the timely submission of all applications and supporting documents.
