Who are we seeking?

We are seeking a full-time Registered Migration Agent / Senior Migration Case Manager with proven ability to consult with clients, assess complex cases, and confidently convert leads into signed clients.

This role requires more than paperwork handling - we're looking for someone who can engage, educate, and influence prospective clients with clarity and confidence.

Position Description

As part of our high-performing team, you'll work alongside experienced migration professionals and RMAs in a fast-paced yet supportive virtual environment. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting in-depth consultations and offering clear migration strategies
  • Accurately identifying client needs and aligning them with appropriate visa pathways
  • Building trust and confidence with prospective clients, leading to successful client onboarding
  • Maintaining high client satisfaction through quality service and outcome-driven communication
  • Meeting or exceeding performance KPIs in client conversion and file progress
