Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:· Visa Consultation: Provide expert advice to clients regarding various visa options, eligibility criteria, and the migration process.
· Documentation Preparation: Assist clients in gathering and preparing necessary documents for visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Visa Lodgment: Lodge visa applications on behalf of clients through the appropriate channels, adhering to relevant regulations and deadlines.
· Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients to update them on the progress of their applications and address any concerns or queries.
· Compliance: Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and codes of conduct, staying updated on changes and developments in migration policies.
· Client Representation: Represent clients in dealings with immigration authorities, advocating for their interests and rights as needed.
· Record Keeping: Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, application details, and other relevant information.RequirementsRequirements:· MARA License: Must hold a valid Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) license.
· Experience: Fresh or 1 years of experience working as a migration agent, with a proven track record of successful visa lodgments.
· Knowledge: Thorough understanding of immigration laws, visa categories, and migration processes.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to clients from diverse backgrounds.
· Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation preparation and visa lodgment processes.
· Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with clients, demonstrate empathy, and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
· Ethical Conduct: Commitment to ethical conduct, integrity, and confidentiality in handling client matters.
