Become a key member of our onsite support team, helping up to 250 users in an exciting and dynamic work environment.

This is an opportunity to join a forward-thinking Managed Service Provider that is continually growing and adapting to the changing market. You will be based onsite for one of our clients who are a leader in the civil engineering and construction industry. The company combines industry-leading business with cutting-edge technology.

In this challenging role, you will be joining a talented team to provide face-to-face desktop support to two different sites. You will help to troubleshoot and resolve a variety of systems while providing exceptional customer service. There may also be a requirement for you to travel to other regional sites on an ad-hoc basis, with all costs covered by us.

You must have:

  • Managing and maintaining service desk incidents
  • Resolving all tickets escalated from Level 1
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Performing hardware builds and maintenance as required
  • An excellent understanding and proven experience supporting Windows 10, O365 and AD
