**Job Overview**
This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional onsite support to customers as assigned. The successful candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of client environments and foster close working relationships to drive continuous service improvement.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide expert support for desktop, infrastructure, and services across various technology streams including hardware, operating systems, software, networks, servers, and print equipment.
- Respond promptly to incidents and service requests within agreed service level agreements, adhering to our breach reporting process for any failed SLAs.
- Maintain and perform routine upkeep of customers' physical infrastructure, encompassing desktop equipment, peripherals, telephony, print devices, and audio/visual conferencing equipment.
- Effectively manage customer expectations by keeping them informed of progress, notifying them of any delays.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
To excel in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 7 months to 1+ year experience in supporting end-user devices at level 1+ (remote support accepted).
- In-depth technical knowledge of hardware and peripherals, including laptops, notebooks, workstations, desktop PCs, printers, media, and audiovisual equipment, BYOD, and mobility.
- Current or reinstatable AGSVA Security Baseline / NV1 Clearance desirable; must be an Australian Citizen.
- A basic understanding and knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, SCCM, End-Point Imaging.
- Demonstrated entry-level or basic working knowledge of IT infrastructure and network equipment, such as routers, switches, servers, virtualization, VPN, RSA, Citrix, VMware, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructures.
