Salesforce Operations Specialist

Talent International is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Development Team, you will play a crucial role in the adoption of Salesforce across the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce CRM and experience in implementing and managing Salesforce solutions. You will be responsible for providing support and training to users, advising on best practices, and assisting in the creation and customization of dashboards to provide actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities- Provide user adoption support and training to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce across the organization
- Advise on best practices and key objectives to maximize the benefits of Salesforce
- Assist in the creation and customization of dashboards to provide actionable insights and drive business decisions
- Perform data uploads and migrations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the Salesforce platform
- Assist in the development and implementation of business rules to enhance workflow efficiency and automate processes
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and compliance purposes
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Previous experience working closely with Sales teams
- Analysis, process mapping, or workflow automation skills
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
- Hybrid working arrangements
- 6 Month Contract, with potential for extension or permanent role
- CBD Based offices, near Circular Quay
