We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Integration Specialist to join our team at Kohort Partners Pty Ltd. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

As a member of our experienced team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement scalable technical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. Your expertise in Salesforce programming, Service Cloud, and integration experience will be invaluable in shaping our CX product strategy roadmap.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with the Salesforce Technical Lead to deliver solutions aligned with our strategic roadmap and providing code reviews.
  • Continuously developing the Salesforce platform to align with business objectives.
  • Coding, testing, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
  • Providing technical governance and contributing to solution design.
  • Offering technical guidance and support to administrators and other developers.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to formulate scalable technical solutions.
  • Making meaningful contributions to the evolution of our CX product strategy roadmap.

Essential technical qualifications include:

  • Extensive expertise in Salesforce programming across Apex, LWC, Aura components, and Flows.
  • Service Cloud experience is mandatory. Ideally, you have worked across all aspects of case management and knowledge base across multiple projects.
  • Strong integration experience with Composite and REST APIs and platform events.
  • A robust track record in technically shaping, coding, testing, implementing, debugging, and sustaining Salesforce integrations and applications.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD-based deployment, employing tools such as GitHub.
  • Demonstrated achievements in shepherding Salesforce development endeavors from ideation to operational deployment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills are a must. You will collaborate with various teams and actively participate in different meetings.
