Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of our Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and enhance our Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and implement data management, workflow automation, and reporting solutions using Salesforce tools and functionalities.
  • Analyze complex business requirements and design innovative solutions using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to Salesforce configuration and maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a Salesforce Administrator with a solid understanding of Salesforce administration and configuration.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce tools and functionalities, including data management, workflow automation, and reporting.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex business requirements and provide innovative solutions using Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Salesforce certification (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) is a plus, but not required.
