Salesforce Operations Specialist

Role Overview
Talent International is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to join their team. As a key member of the Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Development Team, you will play a crucial role in the adoption of Salesforce across these business units.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with Sales teams, analysis, process mapping, and workflow automation. A Salesforce Administrator Certification is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- User Adoption - Provide support and training to users on Salesforce functionality and purpose.
- Best Practice - Advise on best practice, key objectives, and potential outcomes from best practice.
- Dashboards - Assist in the creation and customization of dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Data Management - Perform data uploads and migrations to ensure accurate and up-to-date information within the Salesforce platform.
- Business Rules - Assist in the development and implementation of business rules to enhance workflow efficiency and automate processes.
- Documentation - Maintain thorough documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and compliance purposes.
What We're Looking For
- Salesforce Administrator Certification
- Previous experience working closely with Sales teams
- Analysis, process mapping, or workflow automation
- A willingness to learn or adapt
