Overview

We're on the lookout for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Procurement Specialist to support our Sydney operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for building strong supplier networks while ensuring compliance and cost-efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Business Development team to execute procurement tasks aligned with operational requirements.
  • Source and pre-qualify suppliers, analyze competitive pricing, and conduct market research to support procurement strategy.
  • Manage supplier performance evaluations, develop supplier resource pools, and maintain long-term vendor relationships.
  • Oversee the full service lifecycle—from contract execution to delivery monitoring—ensuring timely and quality-compliant outcomes.
  • Support the Procurement Manager on urgent or ad hoc procurement initiatives and special projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher; exceptional fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Must have legal working rights in Australia (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa).
  • 3-5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in indirect procurement.
  • Familiarity with procurement workflows and knowledge of the express delivery or logistics sector is a plus.
  • Demonstrated integrity, reliability, and strong execution skills.
