About the Role
  • Craft and execute comprehensive strategies to propel Schneider Electric's position as the partner of choice for energy solutions
  • Nurture strong relationships with consultants, developers, and asset owners to facilitate seamless collaborations
  • Leverage expertise to drive complex solution-selling engagements from concept to closure
  • Maintain synergy with internal teams to deliver customer-centric, software-enabled energy solutions
  • Influence market direction through insightful feedback on evolving customer needs
Requirements
  • Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
  • Accumulate 8–10+ years' experience in business development, solution sales, or energy consulting
  • Demonstrate proven success in C&I, infrastructure, or renewable energy sectors
  • Develop good knowledge of power distribution systems, substation automation, and Electrical SCADA
  • Familiarize yourself with digital energy platforms, IEC 61850, and modern energy-as-a-service models
  • Exhibit confident communication skills with a consultative sales approach and hunter mindset
