Hotel Operations Leadership Opportunity

W Sydney is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Overnight Hotel Operations Manager to lead our overnight hotel operations and guest services team. Reporting to the Welcome Manager, this integral role provides a high level of service to guests' experience and presents an amazing opportunity to play a key role in the world's largest W Hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all front office and guest services operations during the overnight shift.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Monitor hotel security and safety, including conducting regular property patrols.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that may arise and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Support the day-time management team by providing updates and escalating any concerns.
  • Ensure all hotel processes and procedures are followed during the overnight hours.
  • Manage the overnight front desk team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
