Job Title

Job Summary

This role involves working as part of a team within one or more strategic initiatives. The job holder will support leadership in developing and building critical capabilities for the successful execution of a transformation agenda.

  • The consultant will work with managing principals, principals, and lead consultants on one or more strategic initiatives within an executive function as part of the initiative team.
  • They may lead small workstreams of strategic initiatives depending on experience and manage all resources involved.
  • The consultant will support the identification and building of key stakeholders and sponsors to help deliver strategic initiatives.
  • They will also support coordination with other transformation initiatives to ensure alignment and delivery to initiative targets, flagging deviations prior to them occurring where needed.
  • The consultant will support the development and building of one or more transformation capabilities.
  • They will execute a strategy.
  • The consultant will coach other junior team members globally as applicable, depending on experience.
  • Work is expected to be carried out in accordance with office standards.
  • The consultant will embed agile practices by guiding business teams in adopting agile principles, facilitating key ceremonies, and supporting continuous improvement.
  • Support coaching efforts across business functions to enable mindset shifts and sustainable adoption.
  • The consultant will contribute flexibly to broader transformation work beyond coaching, depending on evolving needs.
