Key Job Responsibilities

This role will involve working as part of a team within one or more strategic initiatives in a senior leadership capacity. The key responsibility will be to support the development and building of critical transformation capabilities for the successful execution of organizational change initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong coaching skills, with experience of guiding junior team members through complex projects. They will also be able to embed agile practices within business teams, guiding them in adopting agile principles and facilitating key ceremonies.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior leaders to drive change and improvement across the organization. They will need to be able to present complex issues to management and contribute to discussions to drive decision-making.
