Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to support our transformation initiatives as a Senior Consultant.

  • This role involves working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and deliver strategic projects.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong coaching and facilitation skills, excellent project management abilities, and experience with agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities

The Senior Consultant will be responsible for:

  1. Supporting the development and building of critical transformation capabilities.
  2. Leading small workstreams of strategic initiatives and managing resources.
  3. Identifying and building coalitions of key stakeholders and sponsors.
  4. Coordinating with other transformation initiatives to ensure alignment and delivery of initiative targets.
  5. Supporting the Transformation Office leadership team in the development and building of one or more transformation capabilities.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of transformation execution experience, including hands-on experience as an agile coach driving adoption across business teams.
  • Certified or experienced in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executing change and managing resistance within an organization, as well as experience navigating ambiguity and adapting to a rapidly changing business environment.
