Job Title

A seasoned professional is sought to drive transformation and agile adoption within a dynamic organization. This role requires expertise in coaching and facilitating teams to adopt agile principles and practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive the development and execution of strategic initiatives, leveraging agile methodologies to achieve business objectives.
  • Coach and facilitate teams to adopt agile practices, embedding a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to identify and build coalitions of key stakeholders and sponsors.
  • Support the coordination of transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment and delivery against targets.
Requirements
  • Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or management.
  • 5+ years of transformation experience, including hands-on experience as an agile coach driving adoption across business teams.
  • Strong coaching and facilitation skills, with the ability to guide diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience facilitating agile ceremonies, retrospectives, planning sessions, and team health checks.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Certified or experienced in agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
Benefits

  • Base salary will be determined based on experience, skill, and capability.
  • Discretionary work allowance will be paid, based on grade.
  • Overtime allowance will be paid for time worked in excess of prescribed working hours.
Work Environment
  • Working Hours:
  • 8:45-17:45 (Mon-Thur), 8:45-16:00 (Fri)
  • Flexible work arrangements will be considered.
