Project Delivery Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of projects and related activities within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide coaching, support, and technical guidance to field delivery personnel and contractors to ensure project goals are met.
  • Oversee health and safety procedures and outcomes to minimize risk and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Develop and implement operational initiatives and procedural changes to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Assist with scope of works and cost estimates preparation and review.
  • Identify potential project delivery risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Support the project manager in preparing accurate project cost estimates and schedules.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Formal trade qualifications in a relevant field.
  • Extensive supervisory experience in the gas industry or a related work environment.
  • A solid understanding of gas network operations, procedures, and experience in supervising field operatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, site contractors, and staff.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • A strong awareness of safety and sustainability.
  • A focus on continuous improvement and the ability to lead change.
