Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Safety, Quality, and Environment (SQE) coordinator, located in Melbourne's West. The Coordinator will oversee the implementation and monitoring of SQE audit compliance programs, related reviews, and zero-harm safety committee consultation. A key responsibility will be coordinating incident reports and investigations. The role also involves conducting risk assessments and tracking regulatory changes to ensure adherence to requirements.

Qualifications

  • Qualification in either a safety, quality or environmental field.
  • Knowledge in SQE Policy and Compliance.
  • Understanding of SQE ISO Standards.
  • Experience in conducting investigations, impact assessments and ICAM investigation methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in quality and assurance in the related industry.
  • Auditing experience and compliance monitoring.
