About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team at WiseTech Global. As a Product Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales CRM product by working closely with our customers, UX designers, and development teams to identify and prioritize product requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate user needs and pain points to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Investigate and propose solutions to complex issues
  • Develop and maintain technical requirements for the development team
  • Assess existing functionality and recommend areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with customers, UX designers, and development teams throughout the product lifecycle
  • Conduct product development reviews (UAT/QA) for software fixes and new features
  • Develop customer-facing product supporting content and release notes
  • Deliver high-quality customer service as a 2nd-line support specialist
Requirements
  • Strong product management experience
  • Excellent understanding of enterprise sales lifecycles and challenges
  • Strong understanding and experience in new product and feature development processes
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal and external teams
  • Experience in writing detailed design documents and test scripts
  • Experience in writing user-facing content and release notes
