Program Coordinator

The role of a Senior Project Officer is critical in supporting the delivery of departmental and program service coordination for individuals who are on post-sentence schemes under the Serious Offenders Act 2018.
Key Responsibilities:- Contribute to the full life-cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives, including analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs.
- Manage projects or sub-projects and be accountable for their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline, and budget parameters.
- Provide authoritative advice to internal and external stakeholders and prepare and present detailed reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet submissions, and agency submissions on complex matters.
- Complete and review Coordinated Services Plans (CSP) consistent with established standards and requirements, including tailored service responses and risk assessments.
