Program Coordinator

A leading tourism and outdoor education provider is seeking an experienced Program Operations Manager to oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor education programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage program logistics, supervising staff and ensuring safety standards are met
- Liaise with schools, clients, and community groups to develop new program offerings
- Ensure all equipment is maintained and ready for use
- Work closely with senior management to achieve organizational goals
- Experience in program planning, coordination, and execution of outdoor activities
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and risk management in outdoor settings
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients
- Experience in equipment management and maintenance
- Bachelor's degree in Outdoor Education, Physical Education, or related field is preferred
- First Aid certification and Working with Children check essential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Mid-senior level position
