Job Description

This temporary opportunity is designed to support the coordination and delivery of key initiatives across the Culture, Engagement, Leadership, and Capability portfolios.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing development funding requests, coordinating programs end-to-end, and supporting system and stakeholder engagement activities.

This role involves strong coordination, planning and organisational skills, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and collaborative with a passion for delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, be able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure timely approvals and accurate documentation
  • Maintain oversight and reporting on the development funding budget
  • Ensure all requests are accurately tracked and remain within allocated limits
  • Support the end-to-end coordination of initiatives across the portfolio
  • Assist with scheduling, logistics, communications, and stakeholder engagement
  • Monitor progress and provide updates to relevant teams
