About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Client Service team with planning, executing, and tracking of retail measurement programs. This role requires a strong focus on data validation and quality reporting, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders and the field team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effective management of retail measurement programs
  • Field team enquiries and programme delivery coordination
  • Administrative tasks including data uploads, visit loading, timeline monitoring, and completion tracking

We are looking for a driven individual who can take initiative and deliver outstanding outcomes for our clients. A strong multitasker with excellent organisational skills and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential. Experience working in a retail or customer experience-based role is desirable, particularly within the Australian market.
